R&D Engineer Review (Caracas)

Pros

It is the largest FMCG company worldwide, so employees can be involved in big initiatives, working with the best advertising agencies in a very international environment (multifunctional teams spanning multiple countries).

Cons

Although there is an structured performance appraisal system (work and development plan), there are a lot of politics (medium and top management level) that make career growth difficult. At times it seems that the only way to progress is to be connected to someone.
