Pros

Great training opportunities, strong financials (lots of cash for reinvesting in R&D), good work-life balance.

Cons

The company is large and it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. Very difficult to get visibility.

Pros

Consistently good work atmosphere, with ample opportunity to go after different problems presented. Training is very well developed, and salary is a reflection of contribution to the company. Management pays attention to your performance and initiative, and there isn't a backstabbing atmosphere. Never felt like I was just a cog in the machine, although if that's your thing you can be one.

Cons

Process engineering can be hit or miss with people. You either can learn to overcome problems with other people or you'll bang your head into the wall if you have a rambo mentality
