- promotion from within - work life balance - Multicultural work enviroment - Possibilities of changing assignment within 2 to 3 years - job security

Cons

- slow career advancement based on seniority and politics rather than on performance - lack of international assignment opportunities at junior levels - no compensation for business trip - no productivity bonus - main focus is on marketing rather than on technical innovation and productivity - almost all the creative part of the jobs are outsorced to support agencies
