Pros

Very early opportunities with huge responsibilities are the norm. Self-development is on the fast track, especially with the business demands pushing you beyond the edge. Manufacturing is state-of-the-art. IWS (quite similar to Toyota's TPS) proves a very sustainable way to drive an enormous operation through a journey of continuous improvement. Job rotation is quite frequent, which broadens your capabilities front and develops your personality significantly. Leadership is the value, everyone at every level leads...

Cons

Work to life balance is always an issue, especially with the demanding business and competitive environment. Principles and values are very well set, but a young organization might falsely interpret and a confusing culture may arise. P&G people are very judegmental, owing to the very fast pace at the workplace. Sometimes decisions are not principle based as we want them to be. Decision making is extremely slow, business opportunities get lost and frustration builds all around.
