      Cons

      - I have been working at Proxify for over a year. After completing my first contract, finding a new client has been nearly impossible because they simply don’t have enough job opportunities for the number of developers they hire. You may spend significant time achieving high scores on various tests, but still not receive job offers. - The support from platform account managers is unresponsive; they may take weeks to reply or may not respond at all. - Contracts can be terminated with just one day's notice, despite their policy of a 14-day notice period. I wouldn’t recommend relying on or trusting their platform. - No vacation days are provided.

      - Recruitment process - Preparing meetings - Taking care of you all the time

      Cons

      - I had a meet and greet call with the client and my manager, and then suddenly they both disappeared without any notice. I was all prepared to start and was rejecting other jobs. This happened to me two times.
