- Good backend system - Good developers around

Cons

- Poor Management Attitude: Client managers are often rude and disrespectful towards the developers, leading to a negative work environment and strained communication. - Lack of Empathy in Health-Related Matters: Management shows a lack of understanding and empathy regarding health issues. For instance, insisting that unless an employee is hospitalized, they should have communicated with the office, demonstrates a disregard for personal well-being and a lack of flexible policies for health-related absences.

Pros

Clear communication and fast response time (not always but most of the time)

Cons

- Rates are less than half of what you can earn outside. They say it's calculated by "AI", but never give any details about how. They take more than 20% commission. - They hire people without having a position for them, just to keep them as a contact, but they act like they're hiring for a position. You only see it was for nothing after all the interviews. - Low quality clients. They market themselves with their cheap dirt teams, and naturally, they attract low quality clients that only care about low rates. If you match with a client through the system, it's almost guaranteed that you will work with people you are going to regret soon.
