Pros

None at all ... sadly .. oh, free food .. that’s it

Cons

Toxic - it’s not just my opinion it’s pervasive - it’s not just the worst company I have ever worked for, it the worst company to work for .. doesn’t care about customers and people don’t care about each other .. wear a flack jacket as you will be stabbed in the back on a frequent basis .. avoid SAP at all costs .. and diversity is a word that isn’t in the SAP dictionary This is not a personal grievance.. I could name 30 people that think the same, but of course I won’t .. but save yourself and avoid this company

Pros

Some great team members especially in SAP consultancy team. Good salary large organization if you wished to move around

Cons

Targets are irrelevant to the market potential and needs. So many re-structuring due to company buyouts, so one day you have a sales bag and the next day it has changed so as your target. This breaths bullying mechanism within the organization so the middle management can achieve their targets. I was bullied by two managers as I stood my ground for bringing value to customers rather than just closing a deal, they bullied me to the point that I was forced to resign, even though I met the target numbers by 80%. Both of the manager's intentions were to cut cost so they can hire in another region as I had a healthy pipeline built and inside sales could close the deals. They even got promotion from Australia to APAC. This experience brought major depression to me and eventually I had my first Lupus attack. I will never forget how these managers behaved, HR and others knew about it and no one did anything. Terrible culture and I hope karma catch the guys on top, as this should never happen to any females at work.

Pros

Stable large company Free food Nice campus

Cons

The manager of my team, head of emerging technologies, big data IoT was an absolute joke. Never have I come across someone so pathetically under skilled and yet allowed to maintain a stronghold of running a team. The manager didn't know anything about technology except how to rise up the management ranks. Entire teams of people there know nothing and accomplish nothing.
