Good benefits, inclusive work culture, some interesting technology

Cons

Revolving door of leadership that never knows how to achieve the goals handed down from the C-suite. An absolute messy spiderweb of people working toward goals that change before they can be completed. The so-called "Season of Change" doesn't appear to have repaired any of the internal failures that have plagued the company for years; in fact, it seems to be getting worse. Not one manager I know of has received support or proper enablement to know how to better do their roles.

Leadership is Toxic

Pros

The employee talent pool is super knowledgeable and collaboration with colleagues is great. The salaries are competitive.

Cons

The constant change in leadership due to attrition and retention challenges has led to a significant amount of pressure and a toxic environment for employees. So bad that mental health issues are the norm not the exception. Bad leaders are still there since the good ones have left and the employees are too afraid to speak up and HR won't do anything about it.
