Pros

Product sales cycle is fast Known brand Pay band is decent for an SMB company

Cons

Management has little to no sales skills so do not expect to learn anything They don't promote within. So don't expect a career here Most people in any given year are missing quota like.. 80-90% They love to fire people without any investment on their side Churn is crazy crazy high This company is a revolving door that will waste your time. Everyone is figuring crap out for the last 3 years and have gotten no where

Pros

WFH on Monday and Fridays

Cons

Management is horrible and doesn’t care about employee satisfaction or well being. Commission structures are unfair. Start time is 6 am. You’re constantly asked to work earlier/later because management fails to retain employees

No longer a people centered company

Pros

Decent benefits and bonus potential. Wonderful people at peer level.

Cons

Slowly mandating 100% office days. Poor facilities, coffee machines never work for example. Team Managers and above, right to the top are out of touch with their people and don't understand there are issues, or how to resolve problems beyond blaming the person who raised the issue in the first place.
