      A lot of overtime most of the time

      Working over time is mandatory, the pay is ridiculously low, most of supervisors barely have a basic level of education and lack of people skills. Low compensation, no flexibility and minimum vacation

      We strive for all our employees to have a good work/life balance. In some of our offices, such as our distribution centers, the work hours vary based on customer needs, which can lead to overtime hours needed from employees. There is a proper and fair plan in place for requesting time off, and our policies are designed to support our employees to manage effectively their work-life and family needs.       We make some really cool stuff. They try hard in various ways to get everyone excited about working here.

      Cons

      Morale is awful, but don't worry: there are recurring layoffs to make the employees feel better.
