      - Working from any place with the internet - Flexible hours - Dynamic workload and interesting technologies - CEO that actually talks with employees (since I was working on long running project he offered me to change it if I got bored) - Good salary

      Cons

      - Operations team (top management) is not up to there tasks so they can cause some overhead work - Lot of micromanagement because of tools needed for management

      Pros

      - Working from any place with the internet - Flexible hours, especially for developers - Dynamic workload with many interesting projects (mostly with new technologies) - CEO with a lot of experience, great technical knowledge and open to suggestions (although not always) - Great use of tolls like Teamwork and Jira

      Cons

      - A lot of work on your plate, which often goes to overtime - Operations team, has quite limited technical knowledge which often causes a lot of unnecessary work (explaining minor non-relevant details) - A lot of micromanagement - Distribution of the resources among project is not very good, and shifting their priorities often causes problems - Average pay

We never exceed the limits when asking our employees to work on any project and task. We always set reasonable and realistic workloads for each of our employees, not expecting for any of them to work overtime. Additionally, our management team strives to give more independence to each team member, while also encouraging them all to provide feedback on their overall workload and preferences for types of work.       Pros

      I worked at Scopic for about 2.5 years. This is a remote job, so working hours are very flexible. You can take day-off in the middle of the week in case you need one and work out it on weekends. All time you worked you should log into time tracking system. Nobody will dig why you have logged 1 hour more than it was estimated, so generally, you can work in your own comfortable pace but with schedule in mind. Payments are always on time and accurate - have never had any payment problems or delays. If you need any device for testing or equipment - company will buy it for you. Projects are quite good, usually requiring some domain-specific knowledge, such as computer vision, or dsp or math. Some projects may contain (scientific)research components, which is also quite interesting and you can learn a lot. Also, another good thing is that you can communicate with CEO and management directly and they usually helps you to resolve your problems.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be difficult to maintain work-life balance while working remotely, but this stands pretty much for each remote job.
