We understand your concerns regarding benefits and taxes. While we currently don't offer traditional benefits, we regularly evaluate our compensation packages to ensure we're providing competitive options.
We also recognize that tax processes can be complex, and we are exploring ways to provide additional resources or support to help simplify this for our Team members.
