      Great company with great opportunities!

      Pros

      I've been in Scopic for 4 years and in that time, I had great opportunities to work with very stable projects, liable clients and pleasant colleagues. Also I had reliable cooperation with the management, PMs, POs, resources team, etc. The CEO of the company is very kind and responsible person, who knows how to appreciate a good worker.

      Cons

      Only more benefits like payed vacations, sick leaves, etc. It is totally flexible so you can take days off whenever you want, but you dont have any insurance unfortunately.

      Nice company where you can learn a lot

      Pros

      - They have a training program so whenever you have idle time they give you courses where you can learn new skills. - Projects are very diverse, you can work on many different projects with different technologies - HR is very supportive and are always making sure that you fill your idle time with trainings if no other project is available

      Cons

      - Logging the hours can be a bit tedious at first, since you have to log each hour that you work. - You are paid per hour so if you don't have projects then you can't log hours and you don't get paid. HR works very actively on this though, so if you let them know that you expect idle time they will assign you a training.
