- remote working, flexible hours - great suite of tools and resources to make your job easier and learn new things - clear procedures and well organized staff - good pay, motivating environment - the CEO is a great person, easy to work with and open to new ideas

Cons

- sometimes overlapping with people from different timezones was a bit tricky

too much pressure to deliver sometimes asked to work during vacation repeatedly no benefits many good people leaving
