      Dysfunctional management that hinders success

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits though quotas are set high for all levels and make achieving OTE very difficult. Good technology

      Cons

      Poor 1st and 2nd line management, no open door policy and retaliation without HR support. Management creates animosity within the BU teams. Moving targets for everything assigned to you.

      Pros

      The work is rewarding and people love what they do. The passion for the platform and the mission is felt in every project. Bill is an excellent leader and he inspires trust and loyalty.

      Cons

      In some parts of the organization, there are men who are allowed to create and foster a toxic culture, and are sometimes rewarded for it as long as they are driving sales.

      Pros

      In my opinion, one of the greatest cultures to work for in all of Tech. One of the greatest platforms to position to customers in all of tech. I would also say that Servicenow has the most potential in all of tech given the first two.

      Cons

      Given its great reputation in the market – it’s very competitive to not only get into, but also to stay at. As it’s valuation has increased rapidly, and the need for people has increased, this has improved.
