Pros

Industry-leading technology, constantly innovating, tremendous executive leadership. Unlimited opportunities for the sales organization and cross-selling into customers with a diverse platform to truly transform how work gets down across an enterprise. Company is dedicated to making customers successful and it shows.

Cons

Condescending and elitist attitude seems to have developed as the company has continued to grow. Middle management is hit or miss in terms of leadership and investing in the growth of employees.

Great local team culture and supportive management. Everyone is motivated to continue to make this a fun and rewarding place to work.

Cons

Not a lot of career opportunities if you live/work in a remote office. It is starting to feel like working for a big company with growing middle management. Commercial decisions are not very customer cent.ric
