Great compensation Company culture is great

Cons

Poor work life balance Very poor tools for a SDR role Data in the CRM is definitely lacking and hinders SDR performance Management does not have the ability to act on issues. Very centralised power in the higher ranks. No career path opportunities for early in career individuals.

Good office, maybe good pay

Cons

Pathetic work culture, proprietary coding platform so absolutely 0 learning for coders, no scope of career growth after Servicenow cause entire work experience is around a s_hitt_y platform and you are basically pressing buttons all day so nothing to write on resume.

The business model is terrible. A 15 billion dollar company should not work as a start up - too many moving parts that are falling through the cracks.
