We agree that growth and development is an important part of any opportunity. We have rolled out more development programs, including manager training and leadership training. And, in 2018, we made LinkedIn Learning available to all employees, regardless of location. We're seeing great interest in all of those.
Also, we have moved to a twice-yearly assessment and bonus structure, which is in line with our aspiration to build a great, enduring company. We'll continue to invest in technology to help our employees work efficiently and effectively as well.
