Founder and founding engineers are great.

Cons

HR and company culture sucks! Too much politics and firing of employees. Stay AWAY from this company.

Excellent Product, excellent support from corporate, public company compensation, benefits were above average, customer base was great

Cons

parochial, clique, herd mentality, office politics, lack of cross functional leadership initiatives lead to processes that are convoluted, goals are not well defined or articulated, different skills sets are not valued
