Pros

Decent pay, the company is doing well

Cons

No support from management. The job was not what was advertised. The department was a shambles - completely disorganised with a lack of real strategy or direction, The goal posts seemed to change daily, and it was incredibly exhausting keeping up with our manager’s unrealistic expectations.

- Worst Micromanagement I have ever seen - Only thing Regional/ Field Managers hardly cares for are the CSAT's and nothing else - Would recommend anyone considering joining to evaluate the benefits vs the mental torture they will be going through.
