Pros

- benefits, inclusion, transparency - opportunity for career advancement - a great product. top of the line. selling the best product in its vertical. - leaders who are open to change and challenges to the norm. - a company full of high performers including the real deal contractors who ST has hired as employees and subject matter experts! - we have a real opportunity to change and transform an industry with our software but more importantly, we help transform the people within the industry. the best part of the job in my opinion. we make a difference.

Cons

- the career pathing is there but not clear, let's make it more defined and see results. - we put the metrics of closers before everything else, and sometimes our prospects. - communication on projects or roll-outs and alignment on go-to-market strategies could be tighter, for example, Comm S&R.

Pros

Back in the office there’s a fully stocked kitchen in multiple floors, you’ll make friends at this company, the product itself comes from a good place

Cons

Anyone who loves working at ServiceTitan either doesn’t work in sales or is given everything on a silver platter because they’re favorited. They keep changing the quotas, metrics are hard to keep up with, etc. Being an SDR without being in the office is difficult. You’re cold calling people who most definitely don’t want to be hearing from a sales person, trying to get them to take a demo of a product that’s way too expensive and that they’ve demo’d before 2 months earlier. Sales leadership also lies to you and picks favorites. They’ve let go of so many SDRs this year and now they’re starting to re-hire for these positions, and that’s why you’re probably here on Glassdoor reading reviews to see how terrible of a position it is.

Pros

The office is really nice and they have free lunches everyday. “Unlimited” Pto. They had alot of great people but they were all let go.

Cons

The sales leadership needs to be let go and the CEOs should be aware of this! It’s fascinating to see that they treat you like family and stab people in the back. I have seen it with so many of my colleagues for over a year. They let go (fired) almost all SDRs and promoted all the team below them for not performing....during COVID. Lets see leadership pick up the phones and see what it really is like. Shame. They also are a little clique that doesn’t help employees but just lecture and threaten. I have been in sales for several years and the lack of leadership in the sales team both the director and managers is unbelievable. *be aware after bad reviews a ton of 5 stars will randomly appear. Really was excited about this company but now its just a waste of my time and toxic energy
