Pros

- Not really micro-managed - Good benefits

Cons

- Teams are constantly competing to meet their own OKRs, leading to clashing and rudeness - Unless you are a favorite, you will not be promoted. They will actively search for reasons to not promote you if they can find reason - Pay is not transparent, and you’ll find out later that there are people on your team making way more or way less than you - You are expected to do 10x more than your job. You will be a CSM, support, billing, trainer, and more. Even though you are given metrics each quarter, you will not be recognized unless you go way above and beyond those metrics (and even then, unless you’re a favorite and have a good manager, you still may not be noticed) - Management is all over the place. Employee turnover at all levels is real here, and you often find yourself being tossed between managers who may not be experienced enough to know what they’re doing. Your work load also just continues to grow as management is unable to retain employees long enough to have enough people who are competent in this really difficult software - Software is not user friendly, so you have constantly needy and escalated clients constantly asking you for help - Unlimited PTO is a curse in disguise. Your book of business stays with you and you’ll come back to customers who are escalated because they haven’t really been helped the entire time you’re out on PTO. Employees are constantly concerned about taking PTO because of this, causing even more burnout than there already is

Pros

Not sure if this even matters because of the pandemic but they have an amazing office space, snacks, extracurriculars, and a clean office. The pros are definitely the people. ServiceTitan hires people that are driven, kind and motivated and the culture amongst coworkers is extremely inclusive.

Cons

The cons are the gray area that seems have really represented itself during the pandemic. There is a disconnect between top tier leadership and middle tier, and it was very frusturating to be told one thing than have something change entirely the next day. They also cut a ton of SDR's out of the blue, just to post on LinkedIn they are looking for more. Treat your SDR's like people and not replaceable workhorses! Also, the training is not as bad as everyone on here says it is. It gets redundant, but that is the point of the training. Things take time to grasp and polish. The managers are solid people, but they could use a little more training on learning how to drive KPI's while being empathetic.

Pros

Nice office, great benefits, the company seems to show they care. The CEOS are wonderful.

Cons

Horrible sales leadership. Very toxic culture in the sales team. Managers will never put themselves in your shoes but will criticize you on everything. They give “hot leads” to people they like, promote the ones they like and its very obvious. Barely any training! Probably the worst sales experience I have had. Beware! Ridiculous KPI’s that are barely attainable and they will turn on you if you don’t hit them.
