While I had the chance to work with a few genuinely kind and capable colleagues, the overall experience at Sportradar was deeply disappointing. The workplace culture is toxic, with little regard for employee well-being. Management lacks professionalism, shows blatant favoritism, and avoids accountability at all levels. Constructive feedback is often ignored or met with hostility, and communication is poor and disorganized. There’s no clear growth path, and decisions are often made without transparency or fairness. Management is ineffective in handling serious concerns, and the environment feels more political than performance-based. Morale is consistently low, and high turnover speaks volumes.
