Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We very much appreciate it. We aim to promote a culture where performance is aligned with shared goals and increasing collaboration within the store environment. Our variable pay plans recognize the significant value of the interaction of our employees with consumers and the impact this has to the business performance. We have read your review and your concerns. At Swarovski we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of upper management or HR to make sure their concerns and ideas for the improvement of the company are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter. We believe that only with constructive feedback from our current and former employees as well as our customers can we improve and remain relevant in today’s ever changing world. Our hope is to make each individual employee, feel that they are valued.

People are friendly and my manager is not micromanaging, not pushy and flexible. Team is like family.

Cons

Not a lot of possibilities to progress in career, not very flexible in working from home pre-covid. Projects are interesting but sometimes they are not dynamic
