Pros

They have historically been generous and considerate of the employees--lots of educational lectures and learning opportunities if you like like that kind of stuff. They also have Foundation where the team make genuine efforts to do good for the environment and society--personally I thought it was more real and genuine than what many other companies do under sustainability or CSR.

Cons

The ongoing restructuring which started since 2 years ago is making the whole company very unstable. HR isnt even catching up with all these changes and nothing much from performance review or work consultation is being reflected. now is not the time to start working for Swarovski.

Christmas time with ornaments . That’ all.

Cons

Lack of communication. You will feel stress out from opening to closing. . Totally disorganized company with unrealistic goals. Lack of products to sale in the outlet. The job is pretty boring. You will do the same things on and on on a daily basis. No room for growth there.

The manager is a joke. She barely came to the store and kept adding pressure on the employees. The manager loves bootlickers and does not care about your ability at all. She pays full-time workers the same salary as part-time and uses part-time workers as full-time.
