Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued. Of course we love when our former employees leave positive feedback such as your comment "All the girls were amazing amazing pay made great friends...". At Swarovski we believe in fostering an environment in our retail stores where teamwork can flourish and employees are rewarded for their performance as a team. We are also proud, as part of our compensation program that we offer a bonus structure in our retail stores, that not only enhances our employees compensation but foster an environment of teamwork . As for your Cons "draining sometimes and no staff room for lunch", we are aware that during peak times the position can be challenging and we make sure to schedule and encourage our staff to take their breaks and lunches outside of the stores to refresh and recharge. Once again thank you for taking the time to leave a review, at Swarovski we value feedback both positive and negative as feedback is crucial to the betterment of the company.       I love what I do, and I've been recognized for it my entire life. Started w/ excitement to go work, to feeling dreadful

      They offer an amazing discount on their products.

      Cons

      No proper training when it comes to working in the head office. Employees at the head office are very stuck up and entitled. You are not allowed on an opinion or a suggestion (which might actually improve the company) unless you've worked there for 5 years or unless you have an "important role" in which case your opinion does matter.

However, we are sorry to hear about your concerns with “bad management”. Fostering a culture of connectedness and support is something we strive for at Swarovski, and we pride ourselves on our open-door policy and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of our HR team or Upper Management with their concerns.
