Pros

Straightforward path to the job offer, easy application, written test, interviewing, offer and paid training before going to production. Possibilities for QA and Supervisor careers within the first year, depending on the campaign and your soft skills. Evening/late night shifts, if you prefer them. Dental benefits after 6 months. Networking opportunities with new friends. Convenient location.

Cons

Same for every call-center position, namely, repetitiveness. People complaining should have realistic expectation, especially immigrants. We have been rejected in many places and got an opportunity in this company, being grateful is the least we can do.
