Wbchat is enjoyable, The people aren't that bad either

Cons

Hot seating issue, carpets smell old. some managers have preferential treatment and bad people skills

Good training ground for newbies

Cons

Floating status is pretty common in this company. And they will not explain clearly why they will put you on floating status and reprofile you. When they offer you a new account and you don't accept it, they will take it against you and say some rude, unprofessional words to you like you are the one who owes them something.
