work from home equipment provided easy to call off sick

Cons

Low pay You mostly need to solve problems on your own as customers asks random questions about what product to recommend.. We were not trained for those.

Supporting staff and understanding seniors. Provide feedback on time to improve employees performance. Easy work from home facility.

There are no such cons that could mention. However, leave policies could be the one.
