They always have work. They hire anyone that can pass the typing test.

Cons

There is too much drama amongst co-workers. They hire just about anyone. Pay rate is not high enough. Benefits are terrible. People sell drugs in there.

Pros

I enjoy the customer interactions and company cookouts.

Cons

The downside is the lack of knowing within the leadership. No one knew whether they were coming or going. When there was a huge issue that affected the customer, the leadership was not ever on the same page when it came to relaying a certain message tailored to answer the huge issue.
