You are expected to learn system specific information and the product for which you are providing customer service for. They actually test you and if you fail you could be let go.

Pros

co-workers are great. they are friendly and helpful especially when you're new from the company. they have incentives if you perform well and attendance bonus as well for perfect attendance.

Cons

you work so hard and they don't pay you correctly. they will ask you to render overtime but will not pay you for that. let's face the fact that people work for money but then you work hard but doesn't pay off. it's very inconvenient and very frustrating as well.
