Dissapointing company.

Can't honestly think of any possitives if you compare their offers to literally any other company doing BPO/CC on the country i live.

Cons

Starting from the hiring process, it was a mess. I started with one offer for a role with a client, and ended up with a final offer almost half of the initial one, their excuse was that it was a different client. The hiring process took almost 3 months, when it was expected to take 2/3 weeks, the onboarding was chaotic and this was only the beggining. Once i started working on the project i was assigned to, i could easily see none of the senior managers had a clue of what they were doing. I was only able to stay on the company for half a year or i would of lost my sanity.

Definitely they would be the fact of guaranteed Growth (if you work hard-consistently enough) , Values of the company and to have the chance of a Great possible career! It´s a cliché but who spends some time in TP knows this to be fantastic place to work due to it´s variety of people that add great value,

Cons

No company is perfect and they will never be, but for me the true one point that is missing from TRUE perfection is that some positions(such as mine) / project, the income does not reflect (won´t be specific for obvious reasons) the responsibility and work flow I/we do every day.
