Pros

Since day one I have full support of my management and colleagues. Great multicultural environment, lot of young and ambitious people that drive me professional development ahead. Great project and opportunities for litterlarly everyone who wish to succeed and kick off their career in outsourcing.

Cons

As a fast growing company the environment can be challenging for some people to keep up and keep organised, if they are not used to the pace.

Pros

Many different projects and opportunities ahead as long as you pass the training and the initial period. So easy to establish your self in the country. They provide everything needed

Cons

Too big of a company which means that sometimes moves slowly and bureaucratic in specific procedures
