Pros

-Relocation package; -Rent and expenses can be covered by the enterprises if you choose the option "with apartment" (which is the more convenient one); -Different projects, intercultural environment; -Possibility of growth (ex. I was a CSR for 3 or 4 months, then Mentor, then Team Leader, then First Line Manager in the span of a year and a half);

Cons

-The salary is not great; -Who you will end up with in the apartments is up to fate/luck; -The apartments can be far from the workplace or even Lisbon. I cannot comment on the job itself because it really depends on the project.

Taking into account the national average earnings in Portugal, our salaries are quite high.
