Pros

Teleperformance treats you like family and really wants you to succeed in what you're doing and become knowledgeable

Cons

They do not take acknowledgement of doctors appointments and really sucks at adjusting your schedule to a timely matter and adjusting unpaid time off when you prove it with HR

Pros

Really friendly office and staff. The work was easy - depending on which campaign you work on

Cons

Low pay, late shift finishes (but cant complain because of the ease of work!!)

Pros

Great pay , unlimited overtime , easy promotion of you suck up to management

Cons

Tied to a desk, no paper no pen no cell phone. No pictures or assigned seats. They don't accept doctors notes. You have to use the restroom within your breaks. If you go over your break time it cuts you out of your bonus. Which they make really hard to get. Management is driven off favoritism and not qualifications. You have to fight to get a schedule change.
