- NO ACTUAL TRAINING JUST THROWN TO WOLFS -PAY IS 14HR / .25 cents per year increase - SUPERVISORS ARE NEVER THERE TO HELP - YOU LEARN EVERYTHING BY YOUSELF -NO MATERNITY LEAVE /DENTAL, 401k nothing - BATHROOM BREAKS CAN ONLY BE DONE ON YOUR BREAK

Pros

Everyone has been friendly and the process for orientation has been well put together.

Cons

It took a long while for me to actually be able to start working. I was hired on for personal lines insurance representative & completed my training for my license and then my onboarding class was pushed back 3 months. They got me into a different department after a month, but when I started that onboarding my CPU broke and needed to ship a new one, so then I had to wait another 2 weeks to start another onboarding class. In the mean time they accidentally terminated me and I was receiving emails from HR asking why I decided to leave the company and IT demanding I send my equipment back. It all got straightened out in the end, but I was calling, emailing, texting to figure out what was going on.
