Pros

Monday thru Friday shift in Ohio. Hires with no experience.

Cons

Poor training for the class I took. Supervisors get switched around on you all the time and they don't all do things the same way.

It is easy to get hired.

Cons

Management shows preference to their own ‘cliques’; HR is a joke. They pick and choose who they want to listen to, they ignore requests for filing complaints; they leave employees to deal with a hostile work environment because no one is held accountable for their actions; they ignore discrepancies with your pay and just expect you to suck it up; HR’s door is always locked and they never answer their phone; they fire reliable tenured advocates but allow employees to abuse the phone systems and stand around talking while getting paid; there are constant security breaches by management, at the expense of regular employees. There’s also bed bugs on ALL campaign floors and the bathrooms smell like a sewer. If you are desperate for a job, by all means, apply. If you can afford to wait, steer clear of this place.
