Pros

Always hiring and good hourly pay for Insurance reps

Cons

Management! Everybody has their own way of doing things. You could be told one thing and get in trouble for it. Supervisors do not like to take sup calls either, it’s like pulling teeth to get them to do so.

Pros

This company attracts great talent. People who are passionate about their jobs. I have made friends at work. The money is decent.

Cons

Turnover is high for a reason. You are literally taking call after call after call. You do not have time to breath. There is no such thing as an off day here. If you lose your voice, oh well. There is nothing that you can do, but go home. They have a point system. If you are late or leave early, you get a .25. If you miss a day, it is 1 point. The chairs are uncomfortable. It is either extremely hot or cold. It depends on the day. You are a phone slave. You get two 15 minute breaks and a lunch. Lunch is 30 minutes or an hour. Lunch starts the moment they log you off the computer. If someone is walking slow in the halls, it makes you late. So, move quickly to get as much time to yourself. There is no quiet moments in the building. If you need a quiet area or space, go to your car. I have seen grown adults cry because of the stress. What did management do? Absolutely nothing. I witnessed a woman at her desk taking calls up until the moment she was rolled out on a stretcher. Meanwhile, we were expected to take calls. A tornado literally hit the city and we were taking calls. There was no communication regarding what was going on. Safety plans were not discussed with us. Employees were concerned about their kids and told to get back to work anyways. There is no make up time or overtime. Yet, we are hiring. I asked for time off to spend with a family member that was dying of cancer. Their response was no. That has stuck with me. The benefits here suck. I have never written a review on an employer, but I felt the need to write this one. Stay away from this place. I hate it with every fiber of my being. You will regret working here. Simply say no. They will try to tell you that the online reviews are absurd. But they are coming from a place of truth. They literally filter out all negative feedback. This place will never change for the better. You cannot change it for the better. So, don't try. Everyone who tries leaves eventually. Don't say that I did not warn you.
