Pros

Flexible hours! Very understanding Staff members and support staff. I enjoyed coming to work and helping those who have serve our country with their sacrifice for their families.

Cons

Must come with PMA (positive metal attitude). Unfortunately, not everyone who works here has this with comes to work with PMA. Also, Better pay benefits would be incentive.

Fast & simple hiring process, fairly simple learning curve, upgrade positions posted daily.

Cons

Not allowed to have communication devices for long durations, undermanned for work volume a fair amount of the time.

Pros

flexable shifts and schedules, great discounts are offered to part time and full time employees, great opportunities to give back to the community and people in need, the fun committee, descent pay and overtime options, great ACCM

Cons

the rates for medical coverage are very high, the bonus structure could be a little better, requirements for paid leaves could also be a lot better
