Cons

Very low pay for what is expected. No incentives

Pros

Management and team supervisors are mostly friendly, understanding, want to make our job fun. The trainers are good, with good energy & patience.

Cons

For me, they want too much competition between coworkers, tho not mean spirited, but very pushy to get specific results from every individual. I dislike forced competitions and the way supervisors have to enforce it. This is usual for the industry as a way to improve individual performance & how the company fares with its contractor. (In my case, AT&T wireless phone & connected devices). Additionally, the facility is just marginally kept clean & tidy, it needs more space for employee lockers & walkways, and the break room is less than minimally provided with good quality food options & supplies. One more: computers and chairs for workspaces have too many breakdowns & damage.

Pros

Nice people overall. Very nice atmosphere. Lighting, new paint, carpet and installations. Honor store and nice refrigerators in break room. The microwave is nice to have 2 though 3 would be better so you didn't need to wait so long.

Cons

Because of slow calls from cloud I was sent home only to work on next day off. Hours for lunch break were really bad when you stay at 8am and have lunch after 1:30pm
