Pros

Excellent scope for growth. This served me well while studying. There were lots of opportunities for gaining new skills through the various training courses and options available.

Cons

The main challenge in my time at the company were usually in the way that calls were recorded and used as evidence for quality control.

Pros

None, run while you have the chance before they ruin your life.

Cons

They laid off everyone they fired me becuase their bereavement system wasn't right so they didn't know I was gone becuase I lost a close relative and they felt so bad for doing it that they tried to rehire me but I refuse to go back to a company that is heartless and rude so much stuff that should be reported to the better business bureau.
