Pros

The people are great and there is a lot of growth potential. Teleperformance is great at promoting from within!

Cons

Pay is semi-monthly. My preference would be weekly or bi-weekly.

Varying Pay for certain departments

pay periods are inconvenient, biweekly pay would be best.
