Pros

Teleperformance is a great place to work. I'm now eligible for rehire and I would rather work here than any other call center!

Cons

They are very tight with security but it's only to secure the safety of everyone in the building

Pros

The only thing that was good was the hourly pay.

Cons

Management only cared about the clients and not really made the employees feel important. They are strict and so the work environment becomes depressing. When I first started there I enjoyed it, then they came up with more rules and policies that made the work environment stressful. I completed a referral bonus 5 months before they let me go and still didn't receive the $500 bonus. Even my referred person didn't get her $250. We've both contacted HR and they told us to contact Recruiting. We would go to recruiting and they say we need to go to HR. Management is screwed at the Teleperformance Salt Lake City location. They put out false advertisement. They were very unprofessional with the way they let me go. I failed to HRA a member for changing a phone number and they sent me home early and my supervisor and ACCM told me they would fight to keep me. I was told that I should be expecting a call within 5 days. 5 days turned into 3 weeks and I would call every week to talk to someone and they would keep telling me that someone will call me back. No one would return my calls and then when I go in to pick up my last check and talk to HR, that's when they finally told me that I was let go. A week after they sent me home early, I found out that my supervisor was let go and my ACCM was demoted from their positions. Something's wrong with the management systems at teleperformance in Salt Lake City. The pay is good but that's about the only good thing about working there. Their incentives are made for little kids as well. And their benefits suck. They're not open to people asking for days off even if it's way in advance.

Pros

Just recently offered a position within the company. So far, theyre seemingly a pleasent place of buisness with a welcoming staff who appear to all enjoy their job.

Cons

Traing hours are a bit irrational.
