      Pros

      Just recently offered a position within the company. So far, theyre seemingly a pleasent place of buisness with a welcoming staff who appear to all enjoy their job.

      Cons

      Traing hours are a bit irrational.

      I don't know, the cafeteria food?

      Management has no idea what they're doing half the time - my ex boss let me sit for an entire year without delegating any responsibilities to the team or myself. They are very, very picky about giving you a schedule you need, so don't expect them to conform to school schedules or childcare schedules. The hours are long, 11, 12 hour days are expect when you're in HR. No paid overtime. And you are dispensable, that's what they tell you when you walk into the interview and that's how they make you feel the entire time you work there.

      Worst, most unprofessional company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Alex's cafe is in the building. He had a great breakfast and lunch menu. Everything is homemade and very quick.

      Cons

      Pay is low, medical insurance is very poor and cost almost 3/4 of you pay. 64% quit rate. You are a number not a person. Unfair. Unprofessional from top down. Favoritism is everything and the only way you move up or you get moved out.
