      I have learned and accomplished so much since I started working for Teleperformance! With Teleperformance, I have had the opportunity to mentor and lead new employees, travel to other Teleperformance locations, partner with locations in other countries to help implement strategies used globally, learn skills from at least 25 different lines of business, and have even been on TV! I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Teleperformance and participating in all of the fun things that we do (throwing a pie in my manager's face, ice cream socials, comic cons and 5K Run/Walks)!! This is an amazing place to have a home away from home!

      No company is perfect, but Teleperformance is perfect for me! :)

      Pros

      We really are an innovative company. Things are always changing and we are pushed to perform better. Being offered a 401K is great in this time. They want you to succeed and will do what they can to help you.

      Cons

      You will be busy, that's for sure! You need to make sure you want to work hard and you will be rewarded.
