      Pros

      We really are an innovative company. Things are always changing and we are pushed to perform better. Being offered a 401K is great in this time. They want you to succeed and will do what they can to help you.

      Cons

      You will be busy, that's for sure! You need to make sure you want to work hard and you will be rewarded.

      Pros

      WE have many opportunities for advancement. We have the ability to work different hours to meet our needs. Good environment to work for.

      Cons

      The longer you work here the less recognition you receive. If you work here 6 months 9 months year you get a tenure party but the ones who have worked here the longest dont get recognition.

      Pros

      I love that this is a company that is dedicated to promote from within. Most of the management started out as agents on the phone.

      Cons

      Since we are a vendor site - It is hard to retain talented people because the starting pay of other call centers in our area is higher. I will say though that since Teleperformance is a WORLDWIDE company with SO many different projects the potential to move up within the company gives Teleperformance an edge over the other "core" sites in our area.
