Pros

Save gas, good pay for a work from home job, im in training and it is very informative and helpful.

Cons

Raises are a quarter every year and the schedules are chosen for you so please be flexible with your schedules when applying.

Pros

I liked teleperformance as a company but hated my account

Cons

At sprint they teach you nothing in training and throw you on the phones to deal with rude customers when you don't know how to solve the problem. Once you know what your doing you deal with aggravated customers day in and day out, you will get cussed out and have a lot of sup calls

Pros

They are good trainers. You can learn a lot about technical support and gain call center experience.

Cons

There are many phone calls to answer. Sometimes the customer are not polite.
