Pros

You learn a lot by working here. You get to learn how networking works with a variety of things, and how to support products on both a customer service standpoint and a technical standpoint. You can learn how to use software to improve the job experience, and how to improve a customer's experience while improving your use for time. Overall it is an enlightening experience that teaches much and assists others more. It really helps to be able to help others and help your company at the same time. They also have great benefits and only need someone who's willing to use them to get started.

Cons

The hours can be a bit hard to work around depending on your shift and your project.

Pros

You get an extra day's holiday when you have been there for a year. Building looks nice inside.

Cons

Where do I start? The company does not know what ACAS procedure when dealing with disciplinarys. Management are quick to discipline people for minor things. /bad hours. Pay is an absolute disgrace!! Apple Tech support on minimum wage? Horrible place to work. Glad I am not there anymore
