Pros

some cool people good training and some opportunity to grow within the company. If your willing to suffer a call center job it is an ok job.

Cons

Managers where young and had very little real experience. extremely high turnover, it is a call center so this is to be expected.

Pros

Training was awesome. I learned a lot about what we were be doing and how to use the computer support system to help me.

Cons

once training was completed I felt that the support on the floor left much to be desired. I was required to use the words "I will be able to help you" even before finding out what the challenge was.

They feel everybody is expendable and will change information on with without notice, even if pertain directly to you.
