Pros

-Best pay for a Part Time job compared to competitors. -Multicultural environment since people speaking many languages required. -Flexibility of schedule.

Cons

-Job is considered a desk job, so no compensation for wearing headphones all day or sitting in front of a screen (no health measures). -A lot of stress; being on target with call-related matters adds up to that. -No Autonomy to Agents.
